Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern your participation in the TrenchM8 Affiliate Program. They apply alongside the TrenchM8 Terms of Service.

Program overview

The TrenchM8 Affiliate Program lets invited participants earn commissions by referring new paying customers to TrenchM8. The program is invite only. Viewing these terms or requesting an invitation does not enroll you.

Commission structure

• Commission rate: 20% of the subscription payment amount.
• Commission duration: 6 months from the referral’s first payment.
• Monthly billing: qualifying monthly payments made during the commission duration earn commission.
• Annual billing: one annual payment is one commission event inside the six-month window. It does not become six monthly commission events.

How it works

• After you accept an invitation, you receive a unique private referral link by email.
• When someone signs up using your link and subscribes to a paid plan, they become your referral.
• You earn commission on qualifying payments during the first 6 months from that referral’s first payment.
• Commissions are tracked automatically through the affiliate platform.

Eligibility and enrollment

Who can join

Participation is limited to partners who receive and accept an invitation from TrenchM8. We may consider:

• Content creators, influencers, and educators in the trading and crypto space.
• Website owners and bloggers with relevant audiences.
• Existing TrenchM8 users who want to share the platform.
• People with an audience interested in trading tools and education.
• Partners who can promote TrenchM8 accurately and responsibly.

Payment terms

Payout method

• Payment method: PayPal only.
• Minimum threshold: $30.00 USD.
• Payout schedule: monthly, on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s cleared earnings.
• Currency: all payments are made in USD.

Commission adjustments

Commissions may be adjusted or reversed in the following situations:

• Refunds issued to the referred customer.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Fraudulent or suspicious referrals.
• Violations of these Affiliate Terms.

Tax responsibility

You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on your affiliate earnings. TrenchM8 does not withhold taxes on affiliate payments. You may be required to provide tax documentation, such as a W-9 for US affiliates, before receiving payments.

Promotional guidelines

Permitted activities

• Share your affiliate link on social media, websites, and content platforms.
• Create honest reviews and tutorials about TrenchM8.
• Include your link in relevant email newsletters with proper consent.
• Discuss your genuine experience using TrenchM8.

Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• False claims: making exaggerated or false statements about TrenchM8’s features, results, or guarantees.
• Spam: sending unsolicited emails, messages, or bulk promotions.
• Self-referrals: using your own affiliate link to sign up for paid services.
• Cookie stuffing: using deceptive methods to set tracking cookies.
• Paid ads on brand terms: bidding on TrenchM8 or similar branded keywords in paid advertising.
• Trademark infringement: creating domains, social accounts, or content that impersonates TrenchM8.
• Incentivized signups: offering cash, discounts, or other incentives for using your link beyond what TrenchM8 officially offers.
• Misleading disclosures: failing to disclose your affiliate relationship when required.

Disclosure requirements

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting TrenchM8, in compliance with FTC guidelines and applicable laws. Add a statement such as “affiliate link” or “I may earn a commission” near each promotional link or recommendation. A disclosure in these terms does not replace the disclosure in your post, video, newsletter, or other promotional content.

Referral attribution

Attribution window

Referrals are tracked using cookies with a 60-day attribution window. If a visitor clicks your affiliate link and subscribes within 60 days, you will be credited for the referral.

Last-click attribution

We use last-click attribution. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the last affiliate link clicked before subscription receives credit.

Attribution disputes

Attribution decisions made by our tracking system are final. We do not manually override attributions except in cases of documented technical errors.

Program changes and termination

Program modifications

We may modify commission rates, terms, or other parts of the affiliate program. We will publish the current version and effective date on this page and notify active partners of material changes. Unless we state otherwise, changes apply to new referrals after the effective date, while existing referrals remain governed by the terms that applied when they were accepted or referred.

Termination by you

You may leave the affiliate program at any time by contacting us. Pending commissions above the payout threshold will be paid on the next scheduled payout date.

Termination by us

We may terminate your affiliate account immediately if you:

• Violate these Affiliate Terms or our Terms of Service.
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Damage TrenchM8’s reputation through your promotional activities.
• Remain inactive for more than 12 months.

Upon termination for cause, all pending commissions may be forfeited.

Intellectual property

You may use TrenchM8’s name, logo, and marketing materials that TrenchM8 has made available solely for promoting the affiliate program. You may not:

• Modify our logos or branding.
• Create content that implies official endorsement or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
• Register domain names or social media handles containing “TrenchM8”.

Limitation of liability

TrenchM8’s total liability to you for any claims arising from the affiliate program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
