What's new

TrenchM8 ships constantly. Everything below is something that changed for the people using it, newest first.
New

Shareable streak cards

Your streak and your Trench Score render as a card built for posting. Download it and it looks like it was designed, rather than cropped off a Performance dashboard at an awkward angle.

Improved

The journal, rebuilt around your day

The step-by-step journal is gone. Each trading day is a single page you write in whenever you like, and once the day closes M8 debriefs it without being asked.

  • Rate trades, log emotions and mark the rules you kept or broke, all in the same place.
  • The nightly debrief tells you what actually drove the day, not just what it cost.
Improved

Fully customizable Performance Dashboard

Pick the widgets you care about and put them where you want them. Analytics used to live on its own page and now lives here too, so there is one screen to check instead of two.

Improved

Goals revamp + daily heatmap

Goals are now the one place progress is tracked. Set a target, watch the daily heatmap fill in, and get told the moment your pace falls behind instead of finding out at the end of the month.

Improved

Playbooks revamp

Write a strategy down as a set of rules, then attach trades to it. M8 audits the playbook against what you actually did and shows the evidence trade by trade, so "I stuck to my plan" becomes a number you can argue with.

Improved

Trades revamp: filters, drawer & export

Closed history finally has a page of its own. Open any trade for the full picture without losing your place in the list, and narrow thousands down to the handful worth reviewing. Adding a trade by hand takes one pane now, and importing a CSV stopped being a guessing game.

Improved

Every screen, rebuilt

Layouts got cleaner, there is less chrome between you and your trades, and the typography and colour hold up on a dark screen at 3am.

Navigation was the biggest win: a sidebar that stays out of the way, and a command palette that jumps you to any page, trade or playbook without touching the mouse.

Improved

M8 drawer, hub, & artifacts

M8 opens over whatever you are looking at and already knows what that is, so asking about a trade no longer means abandoning the trade. M8 also got a home of its own for the longer questions.

  • Answers that run long become artifacts: documents you can reopen, embed and share.
  • M8 reads the chart you paste and the token you name, not just your trade history.
New

Trade Sync v2 & Hyperliquid support

Connect a Hyperliquid account next to your Solana wallets and both land in the same place, each classified for what it is. Sync was rebuilt around connected accounts rather than watched wallets, which is what made perps possible at all.

Improved

M8 revamp: live data, memory, and compounding insights

M8 queries your trades directly instead of working from a summary someone pasted into its prompt. Ask about your worst hour of the day and it goes and looks.

  • Remembers what you have told it across conversations instead of starting cold every time.
  • Insights compound: each one builds on the last rather than restating it.
New

BNB Chain, and quicker syncs

Wallets on BNB Chain now sync alongside your Solana ones. Sync itself got a lot quicker at the same time, which the busiest wallets notice most.

New

AI analysis v1

Until this point the app counted your trades. This is the version that started telling you what they meant, and everything M8 does today grew out of it.

New

Day one

A journal with some basic analytics, built for one trader and a few friends who were tired of tools that had never heard of the chains they traded on.

Still shipping

The next one lands while you read this.

TrenchM8 syncs your trades, then M8 reviews them against what you said you would do. Seven days free, and everything above is already in it.
